Walk it off

Okay.. Today... Legs.... soooooooo Stiff and achey. But not so stiff and achey as in I overdid it, just stiff and achey as in stretch it out and walk around a bit.
It's all good.

I know the feeling! My legs etc. are pretty stiff from a power lower body workout on Wednesday. I hope I'm in better shape tomorrow for my full body workout! ^_^
